Hi,

My boyfriend just started OCS and we have been talking a lot about marriage. He plans to propose soon. The issue we have is that I am a Canadian Citizen, I know that I will have to apply for a green card, but was wondering if the army helps with this process in anyway? If anyone knows anything, please help.

Hey there!

Please register with the site and sent me a Private Message when you do so. I have gone through the immigration process myself, being a Dutch Citizen and have resources for you about Immigration and the US Military and its family members.
They do not help you pay for it, if that is what you were talking about. But might reimburse money if you keep all the receipts...later on.
