Help?

Hi, I registered last week and have been able to view all the threads with no problem. This morning I tried to post an introduction and it said I needed to reactivate. I pm'd Carly and now I am not able to read the threads while waiting for her response.
Is there something more I should be do on my side? Or do I just need to be patient and wait for Carly :)
