Please help!

I have been a member since 2008, and I have forgotten my password! My computer usually automatically logs me in, but I had to delete the cookies so all my passwords aren't in my computer's memory anymore. It's been so long since I had to manually put in my pass word that I have forgotten it! The email that I had used when I registerd is no longer valid, and so I can't request my password information because I can't get into that email anymore. If someone could please help me!
